ELIGIBILTY: To be eligible you or someone you know must currently not have enough money for fodd to make it through the month. If you or someone you know does not have acces to this site, you can watch the videos for them and email us your thoughts on the 2 videos, along with the other person's contact info. Have your Entry Email to us every Wednesday by midnight. That's it! But of course we rely on your honesty and your God-given conscience.

THIS WEEK'S TIP:
When reading food labels, the amount of an ingredient gets lesser as you read from left to right. In other words if a label reads "Chicken, Carrots, Rice" this means there is more Chicken than any other ingredient, followed by Carrots and Rice would be the least of the ingredients. This information let's you know whether the food you are eating provides good nutrition!
